1. HOODIA CACTUS EXTRACT - Hoodia are stem succulents that can reach up to one meter high and present exuberant flowers, often with flesh-like color and strong smell. The active ingredient in hoodia is a steroidal glycoside, a chemical compound similar to glucose but many times more powerful. When the hypothalamus receives this chemical signal, it switches off the feeling of hunger.

5. CHROMIUM (as Picolinate) – This is a mineral considered important in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats; helping to build lean muscle tissue and regulate blood sugar levels by lowering blood glucose (sugar). Chromium (Picolinate) has been found to decrease body fat and enhance lean body mass, while lowering blood cholesterol levels.
 
6. GARCINIA CAMBOGIA (also Garcinia quaesita)  - Commonly known as Gambooge, Brindleberry, Brindall berry or Malabar tamarind, it is an all-natural, effective plant extract containing hydroxycitric acid (HCA). Research taking place in 1965 found that hydroxycitric acid (HCA) is the principle active compound in the rind and flesh of gambooge fruits, a clinically proven diet ingredient that helps suppress appetite and inhibit fat production, without stimulating the central nervous system.
